Twin City Staffing is seeking a TIG welder for a growing manufacturer in the Chaska area! This welding position is a long-term opportunity with one of Minnesota's most reputable companies.

Location : Chaska, MN

Wage : $25 – 30/hr., DOE

Hours : 7:00 am – 3:30 pm | Monday – Friday

Duties of the TIG welder:

• Weld stainless steel pipe in flat, horizontal, vertical, and overhead positions
• Read and interpret blueprints and drawings
• Cut and grind metal to specific size
• Create jigs for production
• Perform basic maintenance to the welding machine to ensure optimal efficiency
• Inspect welds for accuracy and repair parts as needed
• Prepare parts for weld and clean or degrease as needed

Requirements of the TIG welder:

• One year certificate from college or technical school; or three years related work or training experience; or equivalent of education and experience
• Basic math skills
• Lift or move up to 100 lbs. frequently
