Job Description
Site Assistant needed for Union, SC *****
Starting November
Duration: 3 to 4 months.
Schedule: Monday to Saturday / 7:00 to 17:00 hrs. (1 hr. lunch break)
Activities to report to the Site Manager:
Manage communication and request to costumer for badge access and visitor passes
Responsible for time clock including monitoring the system and send out weekly time records
Communication to shipping and receiving, communicate to logistic and site leaders to unload and unpack
Scanning delivery notes and shipping details and send to office
Support with organizational duties onsite
