Title: Project Manager/Program Manager
Duration - 12 Months
Experience: 8-10 years of experience required
Location: Nashville, TN
Shift: (7AM-4PM CST)
Hybrid role- 3-4 days regularly in the office
** Traveling areas: Nashville, TN – Hopkinsville, KY – Clarksville,TN
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in information technology, Computer Science, or a related discipline.
- 8+ years of experience developing, supporting, or implementing IT solutions.
- 3+ years of experience leading complex IT projects, preferably in manufacturing or regulated environments.
- Strong knowledge of project management techniques and methodologies, including Agile and Waterfall.
- Proficiency in SDLC phases, including planning, design, development, testing, implementation, and maintenance.
- Familiarity with manufacturing systems and processes is a plus.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present complex information clearly to diverse audiences.
- Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage vendor relationships effectively.
- PMP (Project Management Professional) certification is highly desirable.
- Experience in regulated environments and manufacturing projects is a plus.
