Compensation: $80K-$110K per year (Base + Performance Bonuses)

What You’ll Do
- Lead, manage, and coach exterior cleaning crews to deliver efficient, high-quality service
- Conduct daily briefings and on-site visits to ensure preparedness, safety, and compliance
- Utilize tools such as HousecallPro for scheduling, route optimization, and crew coordination
- Track and analyze key performance indicators including production rates, gross margins, and customer satisfaction
- Enforce and promote safety standards, providing ongoing training on best practices
Required Qualifications:
- Minimum of 3 years in a supervisory or operations role
- Proficient in HousecallPro or comparable CRM/scheduling software
- Strong leadership, organizational, and problem-solving abilities
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
- Knowledge of OSHA safety requirements and compliance procedures
Preferred Qualifications:
- Home Services experience
- Experience with financial analysis and budget management
- Certification in project management (e.g., PMP)
- Familiarity with holiday lighting installation and exterior maintenance
- Proven track record of improving operational efficiency in a similar setting
Compensation & Schedule
- Earnings: $80K-$110K annually (Base + Performance Bonuses)
- Benefits: Health insurance, retirement plan options, PTO, and paid holidays
- Schedule: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM–5:00 PM, occasional weekends during peak season
