The company is known for its entrepreneurial culture, fast-paced innovation, and commitment to health, sustainability, and community impact.

You'll work closely with legal, R&D, marketing, and innovation teams to ensure regulatory compliance from concept to commercialization. This is a high-visibility role with opportunities to shape labeling strategy, support global expansion, and contribute to a best-in-class regulatory function.

What You'll Do

  • Review product labels and claims for compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
  • Support new product development by advising on ingredient formulations, nutrition facts, and substantiation.
  • Track and interpret regulatory trends, enforcement actions, and legislative developments.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support product launches and ensure documentation accuracy.
  • Develop tools, SOPs, and training materials to strengthen regulatory compliance across the organization.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor's degree in nutrition, food science, or a related discipline.
  • 2+ years of experience in regulatory affairs within a consumer-packaged goods company.
  • Strong working knowledge of FDA labeling laws; international experience is a plus.

  • A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset and desire to grow within a high-performing team.

Why This Role Stands Out

  • Hybrid schedule : in-office Monday-Wednesday, remote Thursday-Friday.
  • No red tape : work directly with decision-makers in a nimble, high-impact environment.
  • Mission-driven culture : focused on health, sustainability, and innovation.
  • Robust benefits : wellness programs, mentorship, and career development support.

If you're looking to grow your regulatory career in a collaborative, fast-moving environment where your work directly impacts product innovation and consumer trust, this is the opportunity for you!
