What You’ll Do
- Lead and supervise crew members while promoting a strong culture of safety and accountability
- Train, mentor, and assign tasks to team members to maximize efficiency and skill development
- Review project plans, blueprints, and specifications to ensure proper execution
- Coordinate site activities, equipment, and subcontractors to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with property owners, tenants, and key stakeholders
- Monitor progress, track productivity, and report status updates to project leadership
- Maintain compliance with quality and safety standards at all times

- Strong knowledge of construction practices, equipment, and procedures
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings

Preferred Experience
- Previous experience as a foreman or in a supervisory role
- Track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
- Ability to hire, train, and manage skilled crews
- Experience with sourcing, managing, and maintaining construction tools and equipment
