Our client, a Chicago boutique law firm with a national reach, has an active need for a litigator (financial services litigation experience preferred) to join its busy practice as a mid -level associate. This practice focuses on defending banks, debt servicers, mortgage lenders, and other creditors in financial services litigation matters across the country, and this is a terrific opportunity to gain significant experience!

Responsibilities:
· Represent clients including, banks, mortgage lenders, and debt servicers in individual and class action financial services litigation matters
· Assist with taking depositions
· Draft pleadings, discovery, and motions
Required Qualifications:
· 5-10 years of litigation experience
· Exposure to financial services litigation is a strong plus
· Strong academic credentials and excellent writing skills
Location:
Chicago, IL (Hybrid)
Compensation :
The anticipated base salary range for this position is $170,000 - $210,000.
