Job Description

We’re looking for a visionary Director of Interoperability to lead our enterprise-wide healthcare data integration strategy. In this high-impact role, you’ll drive seamless connectivity across EMR systems (Epic, Redox, FHIR, HL7), ensuring scalable, secure, and compliant data exchange.

You’ll lead a talented team of engineers, manage strategic integration projects, and serve as the key liaison between internal stakeholders, EMR vendors, and external partners.

What You'll Do

• Own and execute our interoperability roadmap aligned with business and regulatory goals
• Lead end-to-end EMR integrations using HL7, FHIR, APIs, and ETL pipelines
• Collaborate with EMR vendors (Epic, Redox, Bridges, App Orchard, Interconnect)
• Manage project timelines, budgets, and cross-functional teams
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA, HITECH, TEFCA, and other frameworks
• Champion innovation, automation, and performance optimization

What You Bring

• 8+ years in healthcare interoperability; 3+ in a leadership role
• Deep knowledge of EMR systems and healthcare data standards
• Hands-on experience with Epic integrations
• Strong technical project management and stakeholder engagement skills
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum, cloud platforms, and security best practices
