Minimum to Midpoint Pay Rate: $27.57 - $35.84 / hour for NO certification; $30.27 - $40.86 / hour WITH certification: CDE or CDCES

Hiring Incentives: $5,000.00 sign on bonus and $7,500.00 relocation incentive offered to the qualified candida te.

Lee Health is seeking Registered Dietitians OR Registered Nurses experienced Diabetes Educators and Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialists to help meet the needs our growing Pediatric and Adult diabetes populations.

Current opportunities:

• Inpatient, Fort Myers
• Outpatient Adult, Fort Myers
• Outpatient Pediatric Endocrinology, Fort Myers (hybrid work opportunity)
