Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Design Room Assistant/ PLM Associate to serve collaborate between design teams and cross-functional departments. This role ensures will update product details within the PLM system and supports the smooth progression within development.

Position Summary

This is a full-time, hourly, non-exempt position ideal for candidates with strong organizational skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. In this role you will maintain project data, resolve product discrepancies, and assist designers by organizing technical files and artwork.

Key Responsibilities

• Maintain and update PLM data across various projects.
• Identify and correct inconsistencies in product information.
• Scan, photograph, and upload garment details and trims.
• Communicate regularly with cross-functional teams via email and follow-ups.
• Support designers by managing files, artwork, and technical specifications.

Qualifications

• Entry-level or at least 1 year of experience in apparel design or product development.
• Associate degree in Apparel Design, Fashion, or related field, or equivalent PLM experience.
• Strong organizational skills with multitasking and data entry proficiency.
• Knowledge of garment construction and spec
• Proficiency in Illustrator, Photoshop, Excel, and familiarity with PLM systems and Miro is a plus.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Detail-oriented self-starter who works well independently and as part of a team with a sense of urgency.
