About the Role:
We are seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Data Entry Clerk to join our long-term client's team. This role is critical in maintaining accurate records, ensuring data integrity, and supporting smooth day-to-day business operations. The ideal candidate will be organized, tech-savvy, and comfortable working independently in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:

  • Accurately enter, update, and maintain data in company systems and databases

  • Review and verify information for errors, inconsistencies, and completeness

  • Prepare and organize source documents for data entry

  • Generate routine and ad-hoc reports as requested

  • Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion

  • Assist with filing, scanning, and other administrative tasks to support the team

  • Collaborate with team members to resolve discrepancies and ensure data accuracy
Qualifications:

  • 1-2 years of data entry or administrative experience preferred

  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook); familiarity with databases or ERP systems a plus

  • Excellent typing speed and accuracy

  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks

  • Effective communication and problem-solving skills

The individual may also be eligible for discretionary bonuses, and can participate in medical, dental, and vision benefits as well as the company's 401(k) retirement plan.
