Data Analyst
Location: Montvale, NJ

A growing organization is seeking a detail-oriented Data Analyst to support the accuracy, integrity, and usability of key business data within SAP and other internal systems. This individual will play a critical role in maintaining material, customer, and pricing master data that supports day-to-day operations and broader strategic initiatives across the company.
Responsibilities:
• Maintain and update customer, material, and pricing master data
• Verify accuracy and perform corrections to ensure clean, reliable data
• Conduct regular data cleansing, validation, and quality checks
• Support new product setup and proper data coding
• Communicate pricing and program updates to internal teams
• Provide reporting support (lists, mailing files, operational reports, etc.)
• Troubleshoot data discrepancies and recommend solutions
• Maintain internal tables and data authorizations within SAP
• Support online tools or portals by ensuring accurate product and customer data
• Contribute to SOP documentation and assist in training team members
• Identify opportunities to improve data processes and workflows
• Maintain compliance with internal controls and data governance standards
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent work experience)
• 2–5 years of relevant experience in data management or master data
• Experience working with SAP is a strong plus
• Strong understanding of data quality, data structure, and data governance
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills and comfort working cross-functionally
• Ability to train or support colleagues in data processes
• Proactive mindset with interest in improving systems and workflows
