En XENITH Construction LLC buscamos un Construction Project Manager con experiencia en construcción residencial para liderar múltiples obras desde la planificación hasta el cierre. Esta posición es ideal para profesionales organizados, con mentalidad estratégica y habilidades de liderazgo, que sepan gestionar cronogramas, equipos y relaciones con clientes de forma eficaz.
Responsabilidades principales:
Ser el punto de contacto directo con los clientes, asegurando una comunicación clara y decisiones oportunas.Supervisar el trabajo de superintendentes, subcontratistas y proveedores en el día a día.Crear cronogramas detallados, controlar presupuestos y gestionar entregas.Coordinar actividades de construcción, seguridad (OSHA), inspecciones y cierre del proyecto.Utilizar Buildertrend para mantener el control de documentación, cronogramas, RFIs y órdenes de cambio.Mantener altos estándares de calidad y cumplir con los objetivos del proyecto en tiempo y forma.
