ABOUT THE ROLE - Complaint / QA Engineer

We are seeking a QA engineer to manage complaint investigations and corrective actions, ensuring ENvue’s products continuously meet safety and quality standards.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Investigate product complaints, document findings, and implement CAPA.
• Perform root cause analysis and trend reporting.
• Maintain risk management files and post-market surveillance records.
• Collaborate with R&D and Operations to drive continuous improvement.

QUALIFICATIONS

• BSc in Engineering or Life Science.
• 3+ years experience in QA, post-market, or CAPA within medical devices.

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

• Knowledge of ISO 13485 and FDA QSR.
