Attorney – Insurance Defense Litigation

Cherry Hill, NJ | Hybrid

Compensation: $100,000–$250,000

Key Responsibilities:

• Represent clients in General Liability, Premises Liability, Auto, and Slip & Fall claims
• Manage files from inception through trial or settlement
• Draft pleadings, discovery responses, motions, and legal memoranda
• Conduct depositions, attend court appearances, mediations, and arbitrations
• Collaborate with partners and clients to execute effective litigation strategies
• Pursue favorable outcomes through negotiation and advocacy

Qualifications:

Required:

• Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school
• Experience in insurance defense litigation
• Excellent legal research, writing, and case management skills
• Ability to handle multiple deadlines and competing priorities
