Our client is seeking a dedicated and caring Associate Dentist who truly puts patients and staff first. What You’ll Do:

• Provide comprehensive general dentistry: exams, restorative, diagnostics & preventive care

• Create personalized treatment plans based on patient needs, goals & financial considerations

• Communicate clearly and compassionately with patients about treatment options

• Maintain an efficient, productive daily schedule with professionalism

• Build positive, respectful relationships with hygienists, assistants & front office staff

• Perform emergency or same-day procedures as needed

• Deliver steady, high-quality care to Medicaid patients with dignity and empathy

What We’re Looking For:

• DDS/DMD + active (or eligible) North Carolina dental license

• Strong general dentistry skills; Medicaid experience a plus

• Excellent communication & interpersonal skills

• Reliable, ethical, patient-centered clinical approach

• Ability to manage a full, fast-moving schedule

• Team-oriented mindset and commitment to staff well-being

• Bilingual ability is a bonus, not a requirement

Schedule:

• Mon–Wed: 8:30 AM – 5 PM

• Thu: 7 AM – 3 PM

Compensation:

• $750–$1,000/day guarantee for 30–90 days

• Then 30–34% of adjusted production
